Ritika earned her MBA from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai. She has more than 5 years of experience in financial management, accounting, and bookkeeping services. Prior to joining Meltzer Hellrung, she worked with BV Investment Partners L.P a US-based Private Equity Fund as Senior Lead Accountant at SPQR and served as the US accounts team leader at PGE with diverse and extensive focus on setting up transaction services, managing financial activities, and preparation of accounting reports.

With her comprehensive understanding of accounting procedures and experience in monitoring and analyzing, she ensures the accuracy of financial records by reconciling discrepancies, handling transactions, and assisting in monthly, quarterly, and annual closings. Being a nature lover Ritika sets out for weekend getaways with her family every few months, whenever her schedule permits. She enjoys playing badminton, attending fashion events, hiking and exploring new places.
