Elisa graduated from Northwestern University with a Bachelor of Science in Education and Social Policy, where she also studied Latinx Studies. Elisa interned with Woods Strategies, where she researched the negative externalities of transportation infrastructure and created a policy brief to suggest policies that would allow for the infrastructure to create equitable living situations. She also interned with Chicago Public Schools, where she assisted with the return to in-person functioning after the virtual instruction caused by the pandemic.
